How do I enable the automated reminders?

Once you have completed the settings for automatic reminders, one of the final steps is to enable the sending and define when reminders will be sent. This article will explain how to control this functionality.

When email templates are being used for notifications, make sure that the “print address” option is set to Yes – this means that when an email address is not available for a client, it will be printed instead.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to  > General Settings > Automatic Reminder Settings.
  2. Choose the time when Animana should check for reminders to be sent:

  4. Click Save. The system will scan for reminders at the next scheduled run time.
