2024-05-16 Can’t create new Client

We have successfully tested a solution that will be deployed during the nightly restart.

As of tomorrow morning, all functionalities should work as expected again.

We are working on a fix for this issue, meanwhile, please note the following workarounds:

If you are trying to add a client from a country with does not have a county field:

  1. Change the Country field to either the United Kingdom (Verenigd Koninkrijk), or Germany (Duitsland)
  2. A County field will appear – enter any value (you will delete it in a minute)
  3. Save the record.
  4. Go to the clientdata tab
  5. In the address section, click Change (Wijzigen)
  6. Remove the county you entered, and change the country to the desired value
  7. Save the record.

If you are trying to add a client from a country with does have a County field:

  • Ensure that the County field is not empty, and save the record
