NVS Ordering: The recent move of NVS to their new location, which began on August 24th, has led to delays in processing orders and deliveries. As a result, NVS have made the decision to prioritize picking for order deliveries over batch tracking collection to ensure customers receive products promptly. Batch collection will currently not be available, you may experience issues if you try to collect batch data with NVS from the Animana ordering screens. Unfortunately, NVS does not have an ETA for when they will be able to start providing the batch data. We advise to monitor this page for updates.
