A solution for this issue has been developed and will be deployed overnight. We anticipate that the credit invoice functionality will be restored by tomorrow, Wednesday the 20th of August.

Unfortunately, today, the option to create credit invoices will still be unavailable. We understand that this may disrupt your daily work, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please be aware that credit invoices cannot be created at this time. Our team has identified the issue and is actively investigating the root cause to ensure a reliable fix. Until the issue is resolved, we advise postponing the creation of credit invoices.
