2026-05-27 Visual issue during MyIDEXX login

We are aware that some individual users may see two white boxes with black borders when logging in via SSO.

The current expectation is that this is caused by a full browser cache and/or stored cookies. To resolve this, we recommend clearing the browser cache and cookies. We also recommend configuring the browser according to our recommended setup.
