We have identified the cause of this issue and have developed a solution. We are currently in the testing phase.
Once we can confirm this solution fixes the existing issue, we will post an update here.

The issue is under investigation. We discovered the issue is affecting the generation of emails and letters in Animana.
This means that some email and letter templates may not automatically insert information such as appointment details, invoice information, or other file-specific data. As a result, communications may contain missing information. Therefore, this may affect appointment reminder emails and letters, invoice and debtor reminder communications and other correspondence that relies on automatically populated information from appointments, invoices, patient, or client files.
Our development team is actively investigating the root cause.
Temporary solutions
For now, if you need to send an appointment reminder: open the Diary, locate the relevant appointment and send the reminder email or letter directly from the Diary. This ensures the appointment information is available to the template and should allow the reminder to be generated correctly.
If you need to send an invoice or debtor reminders, send it from the invoice/debtor management area rather than from the Client file.
We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
