We are aware of an issue affecting some users where opening an uninvoiced line directly from a patient file may result in a white screen. Our team is investigating the cause of this issue.
Workaround: While we investigate this issue, users can access the same uninvoiced line through the Uninvoiced tab, where the functionality works as expected.
