2023-09-12 Credit function – uninvoiced lines are missing

As of last night, we have released a new patch addressing the issues. We have thoroughly tested the functionality related to credit and copy, and we are confident that the problems are now resolved.

We currently estimate that a fix will be deployed overnight, and credit and copy will be accessible again tomorrow morning (14th September). We still advise to monitor this page for updates.

We have identified an incident when using the credit & copy functionality.

Currently, copied lines are not automatically transferred to uninvoiced, but a credit invoice is created. We are currently working on a fix to get the function fully working again.

In the meantime, we recommend waiting with this action whenever possible or manually adding the lines back to the patient file.
