Does AI in Animana make clinical decisions?
No. AI features such as the AI-assisted consult are intended to support you in your work. The AI-assisted consult only supports record keeping and does not make any clinical decisions. However, always check the AI-generated content before you use or save it.
What is an AI-assisted consult?
The AI-assisted consult records the audio of a consultation in the practice. Based on this recording, AI generates a draft of SOAP notes, a suggested weight registration and a transcript of the conversation. After the consultation, you only need to check the generated information and adjust it where necessary before you save it in the patient file. The AI consultation is currently in beta. This means that there are no costs involved in using the feature at this time and that the functionality is still being further developed and improved.
