A price group is a pricing agreement that allows you to invoice a different price for selected clients, for example your staff.
Extra > Products > Overview Price Groups. This screen allows you to create new price groups and provides a summary of existing ones.
Adding a new price group
- To add a new price group, click
- Enter the name for your new price group.
- If you wish to copy an existing price group, select the master price group here. Note: existing discounts will also be copied.
- Save
Editing a price group
To edit an existing price group click the appropriate row.
Deleting a price group
To delete a price group, simply click the delete icon for the appropriate row.
Price Group Reports
To view what products, clients and prices are in the price groups you have different options.
Special Prices Product group
This provides a summary of all special pricing rules by product groups.
Special Prices Product

Special Prices Client
This provides a summary of all special pricing rules by clients.
Special Prices Price group
This provides a summary of all special pricing rules by price group.
Price Group Client
This provides a summary of all clients which have been assigned to a price group.
