2023-09-12 Save button does not work on combi protocols

We’re pleased to announce all issues with adding products through a combi protocol have been resolved.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please be advised that we have identified a possible Incident with the utilization of functionality combi protocol.
The button “add” to add products directly from the combi protocol is blocked. All protocol text added in the protocol field will be saved in the patient file.
We currently estimate that a fix will be deployed overnight, and combi protocols to be fully functional again tomorrow morning (14th September).
In the meantime, you may follow the below steps to add combi products linked to a combi protocol.
Use the patient file button “products” to add the combi product
Search for the applicable combi products using the combi product search functionality
