2025-07-15 Editing batch numbers on uninvoiced products
10:18 CET, 17th July 2025
This issue has been resolved, and the functionality has been reset to its previous state.

We understand that due to a recent change, batch numbers cannot be added after a product has already been entered into the patient file when still uninvoiced.
This can create issues if medication is prescribed during a consultation, an estimate or a client order is created, and the batch number is added at a later stage in the pet owner’s visit.
We plan to modify this functionality to accommodate this behaviour. If you are currently affected by this, please remove the uninvoiced product and then re-add it so that you can select the batch number and expiry date.
