How do I make the blue help question mark in Animana show up?

Animana uses technology to provide assistance and guidance whilst using the software. That guidance can be used by clicking on the blue question mark at the bottom right corner. Sometimes that question mark doesn’t show up and this article will help you get it back.

Step-by-step instructions

Click on one of the boxes below to see the instructions for the browser you are using.

Instructions for Chrome
  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Type in “Cookies” in the search bar at the top.

  4. Click Cookies and other site data.
  5. Scroll to chapter “Customized behaviors” and click the Add button behind “Sites that can always use cookies”.
  6. Type [*.]walkme.com in the “Site” field.
  7. Click Add.

  8. Close your Google Chrome browser.
  9. Open the browser again, log into Animana and the blue question-mark should appear.
Instructions for Firefox
  1. Click the three stripes in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Click Privacy & Security.

  4. Under the section “Cookies and Site Data” click Manage Permissions.

  5. Type https://walkme.com in the text field.
  6. Click Allow.

  7. Close your Firefox browser.
  8. Open the browser again, log into Animana and the blue question-mark should appear.
