Once you have set up and provided your clients with Pet Health Plans (PHP), Animana will keep track of their status. The reporting section of Animana can generate a report that will provide insights on every active and scheduled PHP, if it is a recurring plan and if not why not. This article includes instructions on how to generate this report.
Before you start
- Please note that this report is only available if the PHP module is enabled. Contact our support team for more information.
- This report shows active and scheduled PHPs only.
- You need permission to be able to access reports. Permissions can be adjusted by practice administrators in > General Settings > Role Management.
Step-by-step instructions
- Go to > Reports > Assigned Pet Health Plans.
- Click the Show Results button at the top to generate the report.
- As soon as the report has been generated a table will be displayed showing the client details, patient details and Pet Health Plan details.

Can I sort the data?
Yes, clicking the column header will sort the data alphabetically from A-Z. Clicking the column header again will sort the data from Z-A.
For columns with a date, after the first click they are sorted chronologically with the first date at the top. Clicking the column header again will sort the column with the last date at the top.
Can I export the PHP data?
Yes, you can export the table with all the Pet Health Plan details to Excel as follows:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Click the icon.
- Save the file on a location on your computer
All PHP report columns explained
Column name | Description |
Client name | Displays the full client name. |
Client last name | The client’s surname, without prefixes. This simplifies sorting by surname. |
Client address | Shows the address of the client. |
Client location | This field tells at which clinic location it has been visiting. |
Patient | Displays the name of the patient. |
Species | Displays the species of the patient. |
Patient code | Displays the (Animana) patient number. |
Health plan name | The name of the current Health Plan that has been assigned. |
Health plan length (days) | The duration of the Health Plan in days. |
Recurring? | Indicates whether this Health Plan is automatically renewing. |
Start date | Shows when the Health Plan was started. |
End date | Shows when the Health Plan is ending. |
Reason not to renew | In case a client is not renewing the Health Plan, this field will show the reason for not renewing the plan. |
Last updated by | Shows the initials of the user that has last updated the plan. |
