How do I delete an appointment column?

Appointment columns are the columns shown in each tab (appointment group) in your diary. When setting up the diary, you specify which columns you want to see in the diary under which tab. Sometimes you may need to make changes to your diary design. This article explains how to delete an appointment column.

Before you start

You need permission to be able to manage the diary. Permissions can be adjusted by practice administrators in  > General Settings > Role Management.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to  > General Settings > Appointment Columns.
  2. Click   on the row of the appointment column you wish to remove.

  3. Select the destination appointment column for any existing appointments.

    Beware that once you click Save this removal cannot be undone.
  4. Click Save.
