Step-by-step instructions

1. Click Appointment () in the menu bar to go to the diary.
2. Click on the appointment group to be printed. Appointment groups are the tabs in the diary.
3. Click on the top left of the diary to see the list view of the diary.
4. If needed, you can filter the list of appointments at the top. More about this.
5. Click Print at the top (or bottom) to print the appointments. Only the appointments that are visible on the screen (after filtering) will be printed.

Is it possible to filter the appointment list?

Yes, you can filter the appointment list as follows: from the diary, click to see the list of appointments. At the top of the screen, you can filter by date, location, appointment column, and/or appointment type. Then click Filter.

If you click on Print now, only the appointments that are currently visible (after applying your filters) will be printed.
