Information pertaining to an existing contact, such as names, phone numbers and addresses can be edited via the Client Data tab. Contact financial information (Bank details, and direct debit), and advanced contact settings such as discounts, loyalty card settings, and treatment plans (if configured), can also be defined here.
Step-by-step instructions
- Find the contact you wish to edit.
- Note that clicking a contact will take you to the Animals tab, since this is not the correct tab, click on Client Data:
- The Client Data tab will open in the Data tab automatically:
- This tab includes basic contact settings including; name, phone numbers, email address, mailing addresses, contact type, default clinic location. Make the changes that are required.
- Once you are done making the changes, click the Save button.
